        The City Launched the Cultural Tourism Activity to Benefit the People

        Continue to polish business cards including "snow and ice", "hot spring" of  Mianyang winter tourism, and promote Mianyang winter tourism "heat up", "Fire up". On December 7, Mianyang Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau launched a cultural tourism season to benefit the people with the theme of "Ta Xue Ling Shuang·Visit Mianyang in Winter". Three measures to benefit the people and promote consumption during winter cultural tourism activities were highlighted. Recommended seven winter themed tours, including snow, hot springs, visiting historical sites, parent-child, beginner's mind, urban leisure, and sojourn seven winter theme travel.
        Carry out the  activities called "one yuan to visit Mianyang, ten thousand tickets waiting for you to grab". A total of 20,000 preferential tickets of "One yuan purchase" were launched for the city's 3A level and above charging scenic spots, they are distributed on the WeChat Mini Program "Xishu.com" every Friday from 9 December to 30 December at 10:00. The discount tickets are valid until February 28, 2023 (except the 7-day Spring Festival holiday).
        Issued "Fujiang cultural travel card". Linkage Mianyang and Fujiang River basin cities’ famous scenic spots, high-quality cultural travel experience projects to benefit consumers,  provide citizens and visitors to Mianyang cultural tourism services through the "Fujiang Cultural Tourism Card". The One-card is an annual card. Within the validity period, the card can enjoy free admission and discount rights for a certain number of times when entering the franchise organization with the ID card or electronic card. The first batch of ticket-free consumption places to join the one-card include 20 scenic spots and 29 cultural travel experience projects, and the ticket-free equity value is nearly 20,000 yuan. In addition, one-card users with electronic card can enjoy a discount of 3.6 to 9.5 percent in 124restaurants, accommodation, leisure and entertainment brand discount merchants in Mianyang. The one card will be available on WeChat mini program and WeChat official account "Fujiang cultural travel one-card" from December 15, with a unified price of 200 yuan.
        Promote cultural travel vouchers for union members. In order to support grassroots trade unions in implementing the consumption promotion benefits of 500 yuan for trade union members, to facilitate trade union members to enjoy the relevant policies, Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and Fucheng Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China, Mianyang, jointly formulated the promotion plan of "Cultural Travel Vouchers for Union Members". Relying on China UnionPay Quick Pass, help grassroots trade unions to issue cultural travel vouchers to members, achieve convenient consumption in more than 200 high-quality cultural travel consumption places. Focus on the launch of a series of preferred cultural travel package 52 trade union members including "enjoy snow and ice, take a bath in hot spring, stay in a B&B, reunion of food", and participating union members can enjoy discounts ranging from 50 percent to 10 percent off the listed price. In addition, the Postal Savings Bank will match each union member with an additional 50-100 yuan membership card exclusive activity discount.
        In order to facilitate the travel of the general public and tourists, Mianyang Cultural and Tourism Bureau sorted out and integrated the city's winter boutique tourism resources, launched seven winter tourism themes: snow appreciation, hot springs, visiting historical sites, parent-child, beginner's mind, urban leisure and sojourn, and more than 30 winter tour clocking points, which show the beautiful scenery of Mianyang in winter, the characteristics of humanity, delicious food, boutique B&B one by one.
        At the event, Anzhou District, Zitong County and Pingwu County recommended local winter tourism resources, winter tour routes, the upcoming winter cultural travel festival activities and preferential policies. In addition, Jiuhuang Mountain, a representative of the city's scenic spot, and Mianyang Fangte Oriental God Painting Theme Park, a representative of cultural tourism enterprises, also introduced their theme activities and preferential policies in winter.
        Due to ensure that citizens tourists to obtain a high quality travel experience, Mianyang Tourism Association issued High Quality Service Initiative of Mianyang Tourism Industry, advocated Mianyang tourism industry to improve service awareness and service quality, and ensure the convenience, efficiency, comfort and safety of tourists.
